Festive Feasts at Alderbrook Resort
The Restaurant at Alderbrook’s Thanksgiving dinner buffet combines the comfort of a home-cooked meal with the idyllic backdrop of Washington’s Hood Canal. The menu features unique options like cedar-planked steelhead, handmade ravioli, warm kale salad served with farro and candied pecans, and roasted squash cream soup topped with candied pumpkin seeds. The classics are all there too, with organic roasted turkey breast, sweet potatoes with maple syrup, whipped Yukon potatoes and the chef’s own take on green bean casserole. It wouldn’t be a holiday meal without a sweet treat! The Restaurant will offer cranberry cheesecake, apple crostada and, of course, pumpkin pie.

Drink in the beauty of the Hood Canal on November 10th at a five-course pairing dinner led by Avennia Wine Maker, Chris Peterson. Wines will be paired with locally sourced fare curated by the resort’s Executive Chef, Josh Delgado. Ages 21+ are invited to enjoy the Wine Maker’s Dinner at 6 p.m. in the Restaurant. Treat your sweetheart to something magical this year – a delicious three-course gourmet dinner for two, complete with an ocean view! Our Creekside Restaurant has one of the best views in the house, and our chef has put together a delectable menu that’s sure to impress.
Enjoy a fresh, local Valentine’s menu at Alderbrook every evening in February from 5-9 p.m. The resort will be offering a romantic five-course tasting menu, featuring decadent dishes like Wagyu beef, Weathervane scallops, lamb loin, and more – complete with optional wine pairings. On February 14, guests can also enjoy the music stylings of Tarik Bentlemasani while they taste the best of the Pacific Northwest at Alderbrook’s picturesque restaurant. Since we added breakfast to our daily offerings at Westport Winery Garden Resort we also had some great guest requests. For this reason we added delicious Swedish Pancakes wrapped around crisp bacon and topped with cranberry butter. Plus, we added Eggs Benedict to our menu served on our homemade cornmeal biscuits, topped with grilled maple-smoked ham, poached eggs, and our special lemony Hollandaise sauce.
